Leaves soon change
Approach of season
Colors in vast range
Humanity seeks reason

Shadows fall across
Life seems broken
Greater is their loss
Harsh words bespoken

Find not the same
Break the  cycle quick
Rules found in game
Follow as clock ticks

Light shines and opens
Heart finds equal ground
Strong remains hoping
The comfort stays around

Hi Paulo...thanks for coming by. I enjoyed your poem...life is constantly in flux...it's nice to find some comfort within it all...as we can find it.

nice....thanks for pointing him over...i like that this makes one think when they read it...and i agree on the comfort being a nice thing to find on the trip around the cycle...

Thank you very much, had a friend in mind when I wrote this. Had some bad times in her life, but is slowly getting back to a comfortable state of mind.
