Snow showers bring out the stupidest people!!

Why is it when it snows or even rains, and viability is low, do idiots drive 70 to 80 MPH in the streets or highways? I just stay far back and wait for the accident to happen. Is there really a need to test out your tires or show off? Oh well, the show must go on!!
